Love that we can use each side individually and that you can sync the times to end together. Also love that you can take out the middle divider to make larger family sized portions. Only wish it had a preheat setting...bc of that we feel we have to add a couple of extra minutes to our cook time. I did a lot of research for a large fryer and would highly recommend this one and would purchase again.
