WARRANTY CONDITIONS Trudeau products are designed to delight our customers, while making their lives more beautiful. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each item in our collection, and we stake our reputation on it. If a Trudeau product should ever prove defective in its materials or workmanship, please contact the store where it was purchased before returning it along with the original, dated, proof of purchase, or complete our return form. As we do not sell our products directly to our consumers, Trudeau unfortunately does not provide replacement parts to customers. 10 YEAR WARRANTY on baking pans This Trudeau product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household usage for ten (10) years from the date of purchase (please keep your proof of purchase since it will be necessary for any claim). This warranty solely applies to the product’s first owner. Trudeau reserves the right to optionally repair or replace it with the same product or a product of equivalent value. If the product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, please contact the store where it was purchased before returning it along with the original, dated, proof of purchase, or complete our return form online . Trudeau does not provide replacement parts. When applicable, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
