My money is beig hold for sercice NOT DONE

On december 2025, I purchased AND PAID these tires online, ACCORDING TO THE WALMART'S WEB SITE RECOMENDATIONS, along with the insttalation service. By the scheduled day I went to the store to insttal the tires, Walmart refused to install the tires, saying that that tires were not the recommended by the factory. When I purchased the tires in the Walmart website, I informed the year, make, model and sub-model of my car and Walmart recomended these tires. I returned the tires and was informed that the ammount I paid for the installation services would automaticaly be returned to my credit card. This never happened! Walmart still is holding the ammount they received for the installation services and I am being charged for that. I drove back to the store, explained the situation and was told that they couldn't do nothing to solve the problem. I strongly recommend against buying products online from Walmart. This wasn't the first or second time I've had problems. I realy hope that, after this review, someone from Walmat contact me to give my money back.
