This laptop was a Christmas gift. It works great. It is fast and reliably connects to my wifi and blue tooth gadgets. The only thing I wish it had that it does not is an SD card slot. It has HDMI and USB ports. It came with a charger and was ready to go out of the box. It has the ability to subscribe to Office 365. It has Windows 11. It didn't come loaded with any other apps or software. It was very inexpensive, as well.

Excellent computer for online work. A negative was the Microsoft security to prevent 3rd party apps such as Chrome and Zoom both needed in my work. I took it to a computer repair and had it removed I did not want to be restricted to Edge as a browser
