Much better than the HP printer I had!
This Brother printer just works. I was tied of the hassle with my HP 9125. When that printer locked up with all the cartridges to the right side and wouldn't move. I tried HP help. Their AI bot took me through different fixes for 20 minutes and finally transferred me to a human who barely spoke English. When this”help person” started me through the same fixes and said it would take 20-30 minutes I hung up. And ordered this Brother printer and am so glad I did.

I've only had this printer for less than a day, so I can really only comment on the user interface. It is completely dummy proof to set up. And I should know :-) you just follow the prompts, and everything works as intended. I was very impressed with the ease and the clarity of the instructions. App was also easy to load onto the phone and to my PC. So far… No complaints whatsoever. Good printer for the price. Oh wait… I do have one complaint… I hate white printers. I really wish that this had come in black, but it doesn't.
