Junk product and Deceptive shipping practices !

The protective film wouldn't come off. The Nuts and bolts that hold it together are ridiculous. Yes you heard correctly: They give you nuts and bolts to hold this junk together ! The design swings in two directions like a broken gate. The shipper takes almost two weeks to get this junk to your door. I've been waiting for my refund for more than 2 weeks. RUN THE OTHER WAY !
