Better than a wristwatch

Easy to see orange sand, big enough to be stable and not tip over. The sand does not stick to the glass like others I have so it all drains through to the bottom. Checked with a stopwatch and is within 4 minutes both ways. I use it for timing the length of time to sanitize wine making equipment. Much easier than trying to do it with a wristwatch.
