great for baking

I made an orange cake with this and it is just so much tastier than regular flour for this, the texture and composition is completely different, way better!

very fine

great for upping the nutritional value in cakes and pancakes. I sometimes even add in oatmeal. It is a great product but i still find it a bit pricey so use it sparingly
