The material of the grill is excellent.
The material of the grill is also excellent. It is made of enamel cast iron, which distributes heat evenly. When the food is placed on it, there won't be a situation where one part is burnt while the other is still uncooked. Every time I grill meat, I can get beautiful char marks on the surface, with a crispy outside and tender inside, and the taste is simply amazing. Moreover, its cooking area is a whopping 620 square inches, which is extremely spacious. At the last family gathering, I grilled more than a dozen meat skewers, several steaks, and vegetables on it. I easily satisfied everyone's stomach without any pressure.
