I am new to it, bought it when I need the other arthritis pain creams. It's a woman owned company so let's give it up for the females!! First thing I noticed was the scent it smells like fresh peaches first thought was its not gonna work cause vitamin smells so nice I WAS WRONG it works wonderfully so unlike the other toxic smelling creams. It works on the achy knees and I apply it to my calf muscles and happy to say I'm not waking up screaming my head off because of a Charley horse cramp. Had those days that the leg cramp was so bad it ached fir the rest of the day. Very good priduct!

if you are a fan of blu emu, this stuff is just as good for half the price and 30% more product. the only difference is you do get the cooling sensation of the menthol and there is a refreshing scent, unlike blu emu which is unscented. I have found that the pain relief is just as good as blu emu and I highly recommend it.
