The Best in My House

Best for homemade, freshly milled flour breads, including various hard wheats, ancient grains, and rye. I can't say the price is truly the best because I just can't see cast iron products costing so much. However, it is currently a competitive price. The lid seals and the whole set is fantastic. It's important to me that the lid has its own side handles so it can lay flat and also be used as the cooking surface. The size of loaf is great for slicing for sandwiches and fits perfectly in the toaster. So far, this is my favorite of all loaf pans. I am not affiliated with the product - I receive nothing for this review. The product stands on its own. It's lovely and functional. If I were to downsize my house, this would be a must-keep item. I love it!

I got this dutch oven to bake bread in my electric Emeril Lagassi oven. The over is too small for a normal, round dutch oven, but this one fits perfectly!
