On the face of the product, it looks like a good product until you use it. It is not insulated we used it in an event outdoor with temp are 60-70 F the tea came out cold after about 2 hours of on n off use. Doesn't work for the purposes. Washing it was a hassle as the rims gets the residue n needs cleaning several times.
