Appalled with their Customer Service Rep

Customer Service rep "Patty" at Hudson Oaks, TX store on 11/26/24 was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and a POOR representation of Walmart. I returned this little decor item as it was too unstable for tabletop placement. Because it was a Clearance item, I would receive my refund, and I also had the choice to either keep or return the item. CstmrSrvc/"Patty" took the item away from me. I told her I wanted to keep it (to donate with item for Toys for Tots), but she curtly and rudely told me, "It's already been done." I told her I did not approve of her making that decision for me. She curtly said it was too late. I glared at her, took my receipt and walked away before saying anything further to her. I then went immediately to report her combative, aggressively poor behavior to the store manager. He courteously listened, but I could tell this was just a courtesy on his part, and that nothing would be done. If Walmart keeps her in that public Customer Service position, then Walmart deserves the poor rapport that she reaps for them with their customers.
