Neo Synephrine Nose drops (not used as a spray)
I never use as a spray! I transfer to a bottle with a dropper so that it gets to congestion area without effecting my nasal membrane area's. I tend to get claustrophobic when my nose gets stuffy, which allergies can do This brand has always worked the best for me.
