Nice and quiet ceiling fan

I really like this ceiling fan. It has a beautiful design and looks great in my home gym. It is also fast and quiet. The only issue I ran into was with the remote. The manufacturer had recently updated the remote model, and mine wouldn't connect to the fan, so I could only use the light. I reached out to customer service, and although responses were a bit slow, they were helpful. They first suggested trying different apps and troubleshooting steps, but none worked. Eventually, they sent a new remote and receiver. After installing the replacements, the fan worked perfectly. I understand that issues like this can happen, and I appreciate that they ultimately resolved it. It did take about two weeks after delivery to get everything fully working, but overall I'm satisfied with the product and the support provided.
