Excellent neon color selection! This set makes my childhood neon-loving heart happy! I purchased these for my tween daughter but I’ve used them more than she has! I’ve used these on light colored paper as well as dark construction paper and they show up well on both. Half of the colors glow in black light which is super cool. Great colored pencils for neon lovers of any age!
