Effective lip plumping serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Revlon photo Reddy instant plump serum lately, and I'm honestly impressed with Howard elevate, a simple, every day look. The formula is lightweight and smooth on the steps with a nice glossy finish tall. Gives us several things that enhance natural color, making it perfect no makeup or minimal makeup day. One thing to note iPhone lighting sensation when you apply, but that's part of the plumping effect. They actually use the heat and cool mechanism to give a lip popular appearance, and I did notice my lips looking more hydrated clapping plumper after application. I also love how moisturizing it feels. My lip taste, soft and smooth, and it and start healthy, blocking look without being heavy. Overall, it's a great every day you want the easy, natural looking, and a little enhancing without going over the top.
