There are three kinds of particle sizes of wire drawing blocks, 60 is coarse, with strong grinding power and coarse traces, which is only suitable for watches with coarse wire drawing; 120 particle size, the grinding force is strong, followed by traces. If the watch is moderately drawn and have more scratches, it is recommended to use 120 particle size for the first round of drawing, and then use 240 particle size for post-drawing; 240 granularity, which is fine, is suitable for most watch drawing.
The function of the wire drawing block is to redraw the stainless steel surfaces. Only for wire drawing process, surfaces wire drawing can not be used for polishing surfaces. Please select the particle size before drawing. It is suggested to experiment in a small area in a inconspicuous place to ensure the proper drawing operations.
