You will get nothing but wasting your time

I HAVE EVERY EMAIL CAPTURED AND THE SYSTEM DOES NOT LET ME UPLOAD. I needed a Dell power supply for my friend's computer, Dell official website sells uncertain condition (either new or refurbished), so I looked it up on Walmart. Ordered the item on November 27th, it was supposed to arrive on December 15th which is reasonable. The delivery company is a never heard of place (unlike USPS, Fedex, UPS), but I just waited. All of sudden on December 7th, I got an email from Walmart that it was delivered ON DECEMBER 4TH, AT 3 AM. I contacted the seller, the seller said that their system says it'll be delivered by the 15th, so wait. They also said they will refund if it's not delivered by the 15th. I waited and of course nothing happened on the 15th. I contacted the seller at 11 pm on the 15th again - no response, I contacted them for the las time on the 17th - still no response. So I had to call Walmart. The seller doesn't keep their word but only your money. I appreciate Walmart's service but Walmart really needs to filter this kind of seller. I still have good belief on Walmart (trust me, I like Walmart more than Amazon or any other places), but started losing hopes from bad quality merchant from bad seller which literally have wasted my time.
