Office chair with Cottinch third party seller

False information on the website regarding returns. Contacted seller 3 times and called Walmart 3 times. Still no answer on how to return. One says by mail or return to Walmart. Walmart says they won't take the return. One says they provide a shipping label but would not answer how I am to ship the item. One Walmart customer service person was just a little rude that I could not read the website correctly. Cottinch is a company you cannot communicate with and won't answer your questions. I will never order from 3rd party through Walmart again. It is very disconnected. Poor review is not for the chair it is for the 3rd party company and Walmart.

For online returns, simply initiate a return request to receive the shipping label, and the courier will pick up the package to complete the process. For in-store returns, you will need to bring the item to the store. Regarding the return deadline, for items purchased between October 1st and December 31st, 2024, the return deadline has been extended to January 31st, 2025. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you.
