Service could be better

I was in touch with customer service about missing screws on the unit. I was directed to an Email address after spending 30 minutes speaking with a customer service rep about the issue on the phone.

36″ Galiano Dual Fuel Gas Range & Electric Oven • 6 Sealed Burners • FFSGS6156-36

First off.. the way it was packed and shipped was amazing. It arrived several days early and I wasn't quite ready for it ,but that was actually better than waiting. We haven't used all of the burners yet but I really loves the simmer burner. I melt butter in no time on it and don't have to worry about scorching. Then I use the convection broiler on MAX and my garlic toast is ready in 3 minutes!!! I couldn't believe it! I can't wait to broil a lobster tail ! The glass door in the oven is also a major plus, my old DCS did not have one and it really makes a big difference, especially if you are learning to bake with convection, you can see how done your cake or anything for that matter is. I think we will be super satisfied with it. So far my wife and I both love it!
