Use sharp scissors or blade 2) Float on water for 3 to 10 seconds 3) Lightly wet area where decal will be placed so it can slide around easily 4) Transfer decal from blue decal paper onto car with soft brush or finger 5) Position as needed with brush, finger, or very gently with smooth toothpick 6) Absorb excess water with dry brush.
