really impressed with this bed frame! The quality exceeded my expectations — the materials feel sturdy and well-made, and it doesn't squeak or shift. The bed was somewhat easy to assemble when we got to the wheels you had to snap the wheels onto the metal frame. The wheels are made of hard plastics while trying to snap the wheels onto the frame. Most of the wheels broke the plastic piece. Call Walmart for replacement wheels. They offered our refund because they do not have replacement reels looked up the company that made the bed to call their customer service to get replacement wheels. The company has a website has no customer service number so I'm stuck with a bed with broken wheels and no way of replacing the wheels makes absolutely no sense things get broken during transportation. Why would you not have replacement parts? I'm not disappointed in the purchase. I'm disappointed in the fact that the bed is broken without the wheels and there's no way to replace.
