Half Electronic Features Don't Work

Looks nice and is comfortable easy assembly overall my only issue is the smart features advertised. Half of them don't work. The power button only worked once to turn it on and stopped working after that I have to physically unplug the couch when not in use and that in itself is very inconvenient. The instruction manual doesn't explain features of display very well only gives instructions to set up Bluetooth. There are two buttons a light bulb and a finger tap image that do absolutely nothing and no explanation as to what they are supposed to do in the manual. I have reached out to seller to update their instructions and provide insight yet to hear back so far. Overall I like the couch but the fact that half of the electronic features don't even work is quite disappointing.
