I have been dealing with the same issue for over a month. my wife and I got married Dec. 5 of this year and still have not received our proper rings. Once filing multiple complaints they finally reached out and said the right size would be mailed. Currently still waiting. These rings were ordered back in November of this year as well. Would not recommend due to poor customer service help and experience.
