Happy so far upon early arrival

12/15/25 The topper arrived 2 days early. It came with a small letter opener (cutter) to cut off the plastic shrink wrap so there's no damage to the topper. I did not notice any chemical smell as I opened it. Using the plastic I laid the topper on it outside in my closed-in patio so it could expand in fresh air. The instructions showed to let it expand for 48-72 hrs. The topper looks well made with soft fabric. Even before sleeping on it I think I will be happy with it. If possible I will do an update after sleeping on it. So far so good.

Good value for a well made cover. Our mattress had obviously dips in the area of our hips. We put it on our bed with Medium firm side up. At first I thought it was too firm, but I slept really well that night and my hip pain disappeared! Would still like it a little softer but I'm sure it will be after a few months.
