I feel less on edge, calmer

I was taking a cortisol manager from another brand on and off for about 2 years and didn't think it was really working. I have been taking this one and wow! I'm not even through with three first bottle and have the next one on the way. I feel much more relaxed and calm. I am usually filled with stressed, anxiety, kind of hyped on edge at times but I feel so much better with this. I am almost in denial and afraid of it stopping, but so far so good. I have about 1/4 of a bottle left. I take 1 capsule just about 1st thing every morning.

Kept putting off trying it

I struggle with symptoms of post menopause. I have watched Dr Bergs video and things I struggle with all point to post menopause and the best way to address them is by supporting your adrenal glands which are now picking up the slack. I thought I would buy one bottle, take it everyday and see how it goes. Well I am getting ready to put in my order for more and to keep a supply on hand. It was not a drastic change but I just feel I have a little more control mentally, enough for me to notice. I have had a few comment that I look really good and there is nothing I have changed except adding this supplement. I think my skin is better, my sleep is better and mentally I feel better.
