I received these ear buds, they shipped fast and were packaged securely. They were charged right out of the box. The case they are in closes securely to keep the ear buds in the case. They magnetically snap into the case which is no nice. You put them in the case and plug the provided usb cord in to charge. They charged very quickly. I love how these go on your ear. They just go over the side of your ear versus over the ear, which makes them much more comfortable to wear. You open the case to put them in Bluetooth pairing mode, turn Bluetooth on in your phone, then pair. They paired with my phone perfectly with no issues. Let me tell you, the sound quality on these little guys are amazing, very nice, very clear. When talking with someone on the phone, they hear me and I hear them very clear. Music sounds great through these ear buds, clear and with just the right amount of bass. When you have these in, you don't hear any outside noise. They are very comfortable to wear compared to others I've tried, especially after wearing them for an extended period of time. I was able to get a good distance away from my phone and they were still going, so the range I'd say is excellent. Unlike other ear buds, these have a tap feature versus a button to answer/end calls, pause/play music and switching tracks on your music. Double tap anywhere on the side to answer, end a call or pause, play your music. Triple tap on left ear for previous music track. Triple tap on right ear for next music track. The price point on these are excellent, worth the money. I'd highly recommend.

Absolute Quality. I have seen many decades of earphone evolution, But I have never rocked like this. The magnetic case is amazingly well built and has a nice feel to it. Connected to my phone per the instructions and did a YouTube Bass Boosted test. WOW I mean 10/10. I hate having things in my ears, but these are super comfy compared with a old tech support head set or some nice in ear monitors and even the modern ear bud style are annoying but these just kind of hook around your ear and float there.
