We found it necessary to design a cervical roll to compliment the Sacro Wedgy® since supporting the neck is crucial. The neck support completes the system of stabilizing and slightly elevating both ends of the spine. The only thing left to do is the most "nothing" you can do - RELAX and let gravity to the work.
