It shipped in two separate packages and when I needed help finding the tracking number for the second package the seller was quick to assist me with finding it. Attractive and Complimentary to any room.

Looks just as advertised, a kind of parisian, vintage look. It took my husband 2 hours to assemble this. He needed to make adjustments to the holes in the back as they weren't in the right place. Easier fix if it already had the holes pre drilled and we wouldn't have had to make the holes for the screws ourselves. It gives several displays for heat, flames, timers, and is easy off and on. It's nice that you can put a temperature gaze to it. The color is nice , antique white with brown mantle. Could have done better on the price. Found out after purchase it was over $30 less at another online store. I will easily say that it is a very nice looking electric fireplace. This will be our third electric fireplace purchase, and I think of he three this one is the best.

Nice Fireplace, but Blue Color is Different

The color is more NAVY BLUE than the grey blue shown in the photos. Put it together in an hour. Instructions were easy to follow and all the pieces were there. Four holes didn't line up in the back on the faux stone part, so be aware. But the piece was sturdy enough that we didn't need to worry about it.
