Ultimately a problem with Dell - this was purchased to replace a fairly new Inspiron 15 that kept crashing, with the last straw being a crash during an employment test. This new laptop has the same issue right out of the box, from a different seller. After completing setup I began setting up my employee account access and it blinked a few times, making noise like the screen was disconnecting and reconnecting then went dark for good and I had to force restart. Now I'm stuck on hold for the next half hour as I was locked out of my work accounts due to the crash. Absolutely disgusted and wish I'd purchased another brand.
