Great healthy way to eat grains.

Three of my best grain combinations to maximize good health eating with grains. Unfortunately, but to be expected, only enough for a small appetite size serving if eating it alone. So be prepared to add other food items for a complete meal as more protein and fresh veggies.

Seeds of change rice is phenomenal!!!! Best convenience rice I've ever had!!!! Pop it in the microwave or in a pan with a little water and it's ready to go!! I love rice but usually microwaved rice has a little after taste but no seeds of change! I will be buying this again!

I love this brand of quick rice. but I usually buy it in bulk from a "big box" membership store. They didn't have it so I purchased it here. It was a tad more expensive than what I am used to, but it's worth it.
