GET ALL 4 ENDURANCE 90 SERIES WORKOUTSWelcome to the Endurance 90 Series. These workouts use intervals of 90 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. The workouts are designed to fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn!THE WORKOUTS ARE:Total Body (40 mins): you will see lots of up and down moves including squats, kicks, mini handstands and some crouches and push-ups as well as intense glute exercises.Lower (40 mins): The exercises include squats with knee rotations, half crescent lunges, lunge kick combinations, down dog to kick, down dog leg raises and kneeling butt raises.Handstand Variations (41 mins): you will use handstand moves to strengthen your upper body and challenge your balance. You will also see lots of squat and lunge combinations that will increase your heart rate and burn your muscles. There are also some unique mat exercises for the lower body so that you work your butt from all angles.Cardio Sculpt (39 mins): You will see higher intensity cardio intervals mixed with squat and kick combination moves as well as mat exercises to work your abs, chest and thighs.Equipment:light dumbbellsAbout the Instructor:Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz.
