Limited 1 Year Warranty Thank you for choosing this Alfred Sung timepiece. This Watch is warranted to you, the owner, for 1 year against all defects in material and workmanship. Limited 1 year warranty will be honored by our service center in Canada. However, the warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes battery, case, crystal, strap, and deterioration resulting from accident, negligence or tampering. In the event of a defect or malfunction, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. No additional charge will be made unless additional servicing is necessary for reasons beyond our control such as accident, misuse, neglect, or replacement of parts not warranted such as battery, case, crystal and strap / bracelet. Battery Life The battery in your Alfred Sung Watch should last approximately 3 years. Replace the battery as soon as possible to prevent issues with the performance of the watch. For battery replacement, we recommend that you contact an AUTHORIZED Watch dealer. The battery type is found on the caseback.
