This garland is colorful, bright. and full. I am very pleased with my purchase. I have returned lesser quality garland in the past. This garland however, is just right for my budget and taste. I love that the company gives us the choice to pay more for lights or pay less without the lights. Most companies do not give you the choice. For the money, you will not be disappointed.
