God Is Dead and We Threw a Drag Party for His Funeral
A Queer Apocalypse Comedy by Stan Davali Jr.
Heaven raptured the straights. Hell ghosted the rest of us. Now it's sacred mimosa hour at the end of the world.
Ezra Quinn was too queer for heaven, too tired for hell, and entirely unprepared to be the Chosen One in an apocalypse ruled by brunch ghosts, drag messiahs, and divine sass. Armed with a wine bottle, a glitter bat, and zero survival instincts, Ezra is recruited by Mother Calamity-a rhinestoned drag queen with a crossbow and a vengeance streak-to lead what's left of humanity to a sanctuary called Salvation... located somewhere past the haunted Dollar Tree and just before eternal brunch.
Along the way, they gather a found family of queer survivors: Brick, a sapphic tank with a crowbar and trauma biceps; Lucien, a sparkly twink who screams a lot; Divine the poodle, possibly sentient; and Six, a heartbreak wrapped in eyeliner and mystery. Together, they face influencer cults, resurrected drag icons, brunch battles, sacred glitter baptisms, and God Themself... who might be just a little petty and nonbinary.
This is the queerest, weirdest, most sacred end of the world you've ever survived.
