Can't get the shirt over a typical children's size

Unless your child's crown/head is narrower than their neck, this shirt does not fit over their head. I took it out of the package, we were both excited. The quality of material and over all look. Was very good. We had waited several weeks for this shirt to be delivered and it came sooner than it had said it would. We also purchased a second shirt, same brand same style just different colors and they both had the same problem, could put a typical sized head through the neck while.. The look of disappointment on my grandsons face when he realized there was no way to get it over his head, was just so sad.
