I had some coffee table real estate ready for what I thought would be a magnificent orchid arrangement, but I was surprised when I extracted it from the box. The arrangement looked significantly different from the listing photos. The advertised version appears full, balanced, and professionally styled, while the actual product is much sparser with fewer blooms and a more vertical, “leggy” structure (see pics). The item description indicates six stems, but mine arrived with five, which noticeably impacts fullness and overall scale. Even after adjusting and shaping the stems first up, then down, the arrangement lacks the density and 'wow' factor shown in the listing photos. Is it salvageable? Yes, by buying similar orchid stems and adding them to the arrangement. (I plan to use the listing photos as a template for the finished product.) Pros: The white blooms have a soft, realistic shape, and from a short distance, they genuinely pass as real flowers. The arrangement has a clean, modern aesthetic that works well on any surface that can accommodate its generous 23" height. Also, the ceramic base feels solid and substantial (this part far exceeded my expectations). Cons: Does not look like pics as advertised. Can definitely benefit from some augmentation to give it a finished look. Overall, it’s a nice, low-maintenance decor piece if you’re looking for something simple and elegant without spending a fortune. However, buyers should be aware that it may require additional stems or styling to achieve the fuller look shown in the listing photos. This arrangement has a lot of potential.
