Was super excited to receive this trampoline. My daughter wanted it for a while, finally got it for her for Christmas. The springs are so tight it took me 6 hours to put this thing together. Finally almost done and I'm missing 2 springs … ok move on. We can make it work with 2 missing springs. Day one the zipper broke, later day one the hook that it's suppose to come with it didn't come with that either. Lots of missing pieces. Not even a month Im and the netting is torn and the zipper is now completely broken. I was going to return it but to return you need to take it to a store and I physically can not get this thing apart to do that so I'm just stuck with a broken down trampoline in my living room unfortunately.

We wanted to use this as a temporary playpen for a 2 year old. The zippers were broken. The accessories were of such poor quality, they broke after the first use. Assembly was only possible because my husband has plenty of experience with DYI projects. Some of the pieces required tools to make them fit properly. I'd return if I could, but disassembly is not so easy.
