Excellent!

I use this enzyme complex to fight biofilms, which, as you know, cause the development of various chronic ailments. I take them with bile salts after meals, which help to eliminate toxins and promote better absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. And in the evening before going to bed, I take probiotics, which provide their own protection and support, restoring balance in the digestive system. Plus I do intermittent fasting. I like the result - I feel better, my stomach became empty, my eyes, skin and hair shone!
