These are fantastic, they leave a good heat in your mouth, but not overly spicy and they have a great flavor. Not to throw shade, but if you think they are to spicy then im guessing you probably only have ketchup in your fridge.

I love spicy foods and saw these seeds at a local gas station. I bought some and they are SO good!! I can't even tell you! I eat half a bag at a time easy. They've got the perfect amount of heat and the flavor lasts long enough that you can really pack 'em in your cheek and the last one will still have flavor! HIGHLY recommend this flavor if you like hot food and sunflower seeds!
