what a terrible delivery I had. The box was broken, torn, and retaped to make it look like nothing happened. The couch itself has damage because the box was torn, and the couch is made of memory foam and cloth. there were several issues with the delivery, where the item had to go back to the FedEx Warehouse for inspection. instead of delivering it to my front door as instructed, they threw it into a large locker parcel room, on the floor, not even standing up or in a corner. just in the way where it fell after the driver let it go. I'll never order anything ever again from this company, and I'll definitely make sure that I'm not using FedEx to deliver my package. I hope if you're reading this, that you understand you're ordering a subpar product from a subpar company, which will be delivered by a subpar service. terrible. just terrible.
