I love the pattern of this case it's incognito when traveling-so not everyone knows you have a cpap machine-that's why I purchased it...however it falls short on durability-not roomy enough for all the attachments for machine and the zipper is plastic-when traveling you need a sturdy zipper-I wish they would make just a little bigger and more durable for traveling
