This Essentials™ knife has triple-compression stainless steel rivets to increase its safety and stability. The knife comes with a reusable blade protector.

Instructions
Use & Care: Handy blade cover included for convenient knife storage at home! To open the first time, hold the knife handle in one hand; Cut the zip tie with scissors from the back of the blade cover; Grasp the top of the blade cover and slowly pull the knife straight out the bottom. To reinsert, carefully place knife tip into the bottom of the blade cover being careful not to contact the knife edge and slowly push the blade until it stops. If blade cover becomes loose or any portion of blade cover is damaged, throw it away. Only use blade cover provided with this knife. Hand wash recommended.
