Disappointed with customer service/ product issues

I recently purchased a helmet for my child, but I encountered an issue with the gloves included in the order. I received two left-handed gloves instead of a complete pair. I promptly reached out to the company for assistance, but despite calling twice and leaving messages with my order number, I have not received a response to resolve the issue. I'm frustrated that I cannot get the correct glove sent to me or an RMA to return the incorrect ones. Previously, I had a good experience ordering another helmet from this company, but this has been a disappointing turn of events. I would like to see better customer service and resolution for this issue. Thank you.
