This seller is a scam

The seller shipped the item (maybe?), and a month later it still hadn't arrived. It took THREE phone calls to Walmart.com phone line to get refund issued, then seller Chengao finally says, oops, damaged, whatever. Ordered SAME item from different seller and it arrived within time frame, but cost me a month of hassle. Walmart needs to better review third party "scam" sellers or I'm going back to Amazon. Today, over a month later I actually received a "delivered" notice-for today!!
