Pet door is easy to install and is pretty rugged.

This is the second pet door I have purchased from PetSafe and both were as advertised and were of good quality. Both had to be installed in metal doors, so I needed to use a reciprocating saw vice a scroll/saber sad, but it worked. I would not hesitate to buy another one if I needed it.

Good door but needs better closure construction

Good dog door. The paint I used on it adhered really well and it seems well constructed. My primary complaint is that the cover to close it off is plastic and fits over the door. I'd hoped it would be something that slides down on a track for sturdy closure. As it is, my dog pushes it off easily so I have to monitor him closely when I don't want him using it.
