So far this two pack of santoku knives (5 inch and 7 inch) are my best kitchen knives. Surprised, things I thought I could only use a serrated knife for it works well even. Sharpener works currently too although the knife snagged on the plastic once instead of the sharpening area, seems almost like the self-sharpening case isn't specifically designed for these knifes but still works. Only had for a week, will update if something happens in the future (as I've seen other comments about rust / quality). But right now they are the sharpest and most all around useful knives I have.
