Commercial Bake Roast Pan -every kitchen needs one
I was gifted this item to write an honest review. If you are an experienced baker or not, you will appreciate the quality of Chicago Metallic bake ware. This Commercial II Bake Roast Pan is no exception. The weight of the pan is indicative of it's quality right away. I've used this pan to bake corn bread, brownies and cakes. The aluminized-steel pan distributes the heat evenly for perfectly baked goods. It's also the perfect size for roasting a chicken with plenty of room and high enough sides to add some vegetables. This versatile 13" x 9" pan will be your go to for any recipe, cakes, casseroles, roasting, etc. Get one - or two - of these pans to make your kitchen life better!
