Nice heavy pan

This is an aluminum clad stew pan. Heavy enough it won't warp in the oven, but still easy to clean. It is heavy enough it took longer to heat up and cook my sugar cookies than my old all aluminum pan, but I do recommend it as it should handle items my old pan had more difficulty with. Unsure if the steel will eventually rust.

Beautiful!

My eyes nearly popped out of their sockets when I opened the package. I expected the usual ho-hum baking sheet, but this is anything but! It's shiny and heavy and if you are a baker (not great, but enthusiastic) like me you recognize a quality piece when you see one. I know...I'm gushing! It's probably weird to get so excited about a jelly roll pan. But 10 years ago (next week) I met my husband who introduced himself after looking for the lady who made the pumpkin roll for the holiday party we were at. I've made him one for our anniversary every year since. Last year my wonky pan with the rust in the corners and the fake non stick coating went to baking sheet heaven. This year my new Chicago Metallic Commercial II Uncoated True Jelly Roll Pan is gonna make that old man fall in love with me all over again...hahahahaha!

Good quality

This jelly roll pan is made well and great quality. I'm very happy with it. The only negative thing I can say, it's on the heavy side of regular baking pans. This isn't a bad thing, I would buy this brand again. Don't use a regular knife, it will scratch the pan.
